LET’S TALK RATES

Some pianos are not like the others.

How much a project costs is similar to asking ‘how long is a piece of string?’ It’s hard to know without digging in on the expectations and the scope of what we decide to make together. The variables (like talent and locations for example) are many, and we always want to make sure we can exceed your expectations.

That said, most of our projects average about $30k per shoot day, not including things like talent, locations. and art direction. A shoot day includes:

  • Strategy/Creative Brief/Concept Development/Scripting

  • All preproduction, including project management and scheduling

  • Director and Crew X 1 Shoot Day (Seattle area)

  • All Gear

  • All meals on set (including for agency/client)

  • Post Production, including 2 revisions and 1 final polish

  • Content Library: 20 Stills and 2 content drill-downs, all raw footage

  • Music and associated usage

  • Light graphics

  • Final Delivery, formats as requested

  • All footage delivered on a hard drive (that you own to do whatever you want with in the future)

  • Full Insurance

  • Full COVID Compliance, including COVID Compliance Officer on set.

This is definitely broad strokes, but gives you a feel for how our pricing works. The inverse approach is also applicable: tell us what your budget is, and we can back-in to your number to see how we can provide value.

Finally, we do have a nonprofit rate. If you are out there changing the world, we have never turned down a project if we believe in it - even if the funds are minimal or even nonexistent.

The best next step? Let’s jump on a call and we can review what you’re thinking so that we can provide a more accurate number to you and your team. But know this: once we agree on a number, that does not ever change unless approved by you. Period. That’s our promise to you.

ON TIME AND ON BUDGET. THE MOMENT PROMISE.
